Warranty & Exchange

Most Tritech Solution products come with a warranty. We also offer extended warranties and maintenance programs based on customer needs.

Printer Warranty: Our printers are sold with a 90 day limited warranty which includes a 30 day warranty on the printer and 90 days on the parts within the printer. All of our refurbished printers are qualified for maintenance and are fully refurbished. If the printer or any parts fail during the warranty period we will ship out replacement parts, or a complete printer if necessary via UPS ground. If you need the part or printer sooner than UPS ground, we will require you/customer to pay the difference between Ground shipping and alternative expedited charges. We allow 15 days for exchanges/ returns to be returned to our address. After the 15 days, we automatically bill if the item/s are not returned.

Spare Parts Warranty: All of our spare parts are sold with a 90 day warranty which is comparable to new products from the manufacturer. If any parts fail during the warranty period we will ship out a replacement UPS ground on our account number. If you need the part sooner than ground, we will require you/customer to pay the difference between ground shipping and alternative expedited charges. We allow 30 days for exchanges/ returns to be returned to our address. After the 30 days, we automatically bill if the item/s are not returned.

Returning an Item on Advance Exchange or Warranty: Please contact us via email, live rep or phone to get a Return Authorization Number ( RMA# ) to ship the item back to us against. Parts must be in the same condition received and the serial number must match unless you are sending back an “Advanced Exchange” which must be the same part as what was shipped out to you on the Advanced Exchange. Please ensure that parts or printers are packed well for transport back to us. We are not liable for freight damage on returned items. We allow 15 days for exchanges/ returns to be returned to our address. After the 15 days, we automatically bill if the item/s are not returned.
