Repair:

Tritech Solution's Standard Warranty Period for repaired product is 3 months from date of shipment from Tritech Solution.  Tritech Solution warrants repaired product to be in good working condition during the Standard Warranty Period.  If a failure occurs during the Warranty Period, Tritech Solution will, at its option, repair, replace or refund the original repair price of the product.  Warranty is void if Tritech Solution's Barcode label is missing from product.  Warranty does not cover cosmetics, consumables, socketable items (CPU's, Proms, Memory, etc.), or damage to a product resulting from negligence, modification, rework, misuse, abuse, tampering, shipping, or use for other than product was designed for.

Sales and Advance Exchanges:

Tritech Solution's Standard Warranty Period for product Sold or Advance Exchanged is 3 months from date of shipment from Tritech Solution.  Tritech Solution warrants repaired product to be in good working condition during the Standard Warranty Period.  If a failure occurs during the Warranty Period, Tritech Solution will, at its option, repair, replace or refund the original sales or advance exchange price of the product.  Warranty is void if Tritech Solution's Barcode label is missing from product.  Warranty does not cover cosmetics, consumables, socketable items (CPU's, Proms, Memory, etc.), or damage to a product resulting from negligence, modification, rework, misuse, abuse, tampering, shipping, or use for other than product was designed for.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Tritech Solution's liability on any claim of any kind, including negligence, for any loss or damage arising out of, connected with or resulting from this document, or from the performance or breach hereof, or from the sale, advance exchange, repair, delivery, resale, or use of the product provided hereunder, shall in no event exceed the actual price paid for the product which give rise to any such claim. In no event shall Tritech Solution be liable for any special, consequential or incidental damages whatsoever.
