General:
Here at Tritech Solution we try to make it as easy and uncomplicated as
possible for you to utilize our services. We do have some basic Terms
& Conditions that are part of doing business in today's marketplace.
 | Pricing is subject to change without notice. Prices for product already on
order will not be affected by such changes. |
 | All product sold or exchanged by
Tritech Solution remains the property of Tritech Solution until full payment for said
product is received, including cores and/or charges for unreturned cores. |
 | Product
returned under warranty that is "No Problem Found" may be charged a
minimum of $25.00, to a maximum of 50% of the set repair price, for testing. |
 | Product repairs or evaluations left at Tritech Solution, without an agreement
between customer and Tritech Solution, for more than 30 days
will incur a storage fee of $30.00 per month. |
 | Product that is left at Tritech
Solution, without an agreement between customer and Tritech Solution, for over 12 months will be sold to settle
any incurred storage fees. |
Payment
 | Product will be shipped C.O.D. unless Net
terms have been established. |
 | Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express
can be used in lieu of C.O.D. or Net Terms. |
Shipping
Tritech Solution offers a wide variety of shipping
choices. You can decide which carrier you would like Tritech Solution to
use and we can ship on your account number, a third party account number for
Blind Drop Shipments, or Tritech Solution can pre-pay for shipping and add it to
your bill. Shipping costs, customs, duties, taxes, insurance, packaging, and other related
expenses, are the responsibility of the customer. Tritech Solution will
pay UPS Ground shipping back to customer for valid Warranty Repairs.
Here are a few of the most commonly used carriers with our
order cut off times for Same Day shipping.
Federal Express:
 | Purchase orders received by 3:30 p.m. PST will ship same
day baring extenuating circumstances. |
UPS:
 | Purchase orders received by 3:00 p.m. PST will ship same
day baring extenuating
circumstances. |
Motor Freight:
 | Most trucking companies require a 4-hour
notice window for shipments. Purchase
orders received by 12:00 p.m. PST may ship same day. |
Pricing Repairs:
 | Prices are based on Tritech
Solution receiving the product in an "as failed" condition. |
 | Product
received in other than "as failed" condition may incur additional
charges. |
 | Prices may not include consumables, cosmetics (covers, etc.), missing
parts or non-repairable parts (CRTs, motors, etc.). |
 | 48-Hour Expedite Service
is available, upon request, for a nominal fee |
Sales:
 | A
restocking fee of 30%, or $35.00, whichever is greater will be charged for returned product,
other than for valid warranty, providing it is returned in its original packaging and has not
been used. |
Advance Exchange:
 | A restocking fee of 30%, or $50.00, whichever is greater will be charged for
returned product, other than for valid warranty, providing
it is returned in its original packaging and has not been used. |
 | All defective
cores must be returned to Tritech Solution within 15 days from original shipment
of Advance Exchange to avoid core charge. |
 | Defective cores that are received
physically damaged or determined to be unrepairable will be returned to customer
and core charge will be billed. |
 | Core charge is the difference between the
manufacturers new list price, including any additional charges Tritech Solution pays
in ordering part, and the Advance Exchange price charged to customer. |
