History

Tritech Solution was founded in 1998 by industry veterans who saw a need for a change in the way customers were being serviced.  Their belief was, and still is, that all customers deserve to receive the highest possible level of service.

These industry veterans brought to Tritech Solution over 10 years of experience in each of their area of expertise; Sales and Marketing, Engineering and Component Level Repair.

The one recurring event in their experiences was that all customers had not been treated equally; most customers received at best secondary treatment while a select few where treated with the level of service all should have been afforded.

Tritech Solution operates on one simple principle: Treat all customers in the same manner we ourselves would like to be treated.
